How can I place an order?
To place an order, please follow these steps:
1. You need to have an account or create one if you haven’t.
2. Select the product you'd like to buy and 'Check Stock Availability’
3. Add products to your cart or just hit 'Buy Now' it will take you to checkout
4. Choose or 'Add delivery address', choose payment mode and confirm the order
How can I pay for my order?
You can choose to pay for an order using any of the below:
Pay using your Credit or Debit cards issued in India.
Or Pay at the time of Delivery (Cash on Delivery)
Can I pay with a Credit card?
You can choose to pay on Tribalgoo with any Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, JCB or Diner Club credit card issued in India.
How do I pay using a credit or debit card?
You may choose the credit card or debit card option to pay during checkout and enter the details when prompted. You would need to keep your card number, expiry date, and three-digit CVV number ready, which you can find on your card. For security purposes, the bank will send you an OTP (One-Time Password) to your registered mobile number to confirm the payment. Please input the OTP and proceed; your order will be placed successfully.
What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment in which you can pay cash at the time of delivery of your order. You can also pay using a credit card/ debit card if the shipping Executive carries a swiping machine. Currently, we provide COD only in Ukhrul District, Manipur.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
An e-mail will be sent once you've successfully placed your order, to your registered email. We'll also let you know as soon as we ship the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s).
How quickly can I get my order delivered?
Orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days. Currently, we are delivering only in Ukhrul District, Manipur due to current covid-19 situation and condition. So, you will get the orders in the following day or the next following day.
How is a 'business day' different from a regular day?
Business days are otherwise known as working days of the week. The expected date of delivery is calculated based on business days. Typically, these include Monday through Saturday. Public holidays and Sundays are usually not considered as working days.
The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?
Usually, all our orders are delivered within 1-2 working days. If your order exceeds 3 working days, we will keep in touch with you, update the delivery status, and sort out the issues accordingly.
Will the delivery be tried again if I miss?
The shipping executive delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery. Our shipping team will make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can't collect your order the first time.
Can I take the shipment after opening and checking?
As per company policy, a shipment can't be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns or issues with the items.
Can I make changes to my order?

I ordered the wrong item. Can I cancel it?
You can cancel your items in case you order the wrong items by contacting us either by email at (support@tribalgoo.com) or call us at (+91-8118902217/ 8296592681).
How long does it take to cancel an order?
Cancellation of item(s) in an order happens immediately, if the order hasn't been shipped yet. If your order has been shipped, it will be cancelled as soon as the courier service confirms that the shipment is being returned.
Which products are not eligible for returns?
Food items are not eligible for returns. You can return the rest of the item’s sold by Tribalgoo if you wish to return them, according to the return policy of the company.
How can I return or exchange an item?
To exchange or return contact us either by email at (support@tribalgoo.com) or call us at (+91-8118902217/ 8296592681). Please keep in mind that you can’t exchange or return food items.
If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?
In case of replacement you will get the replacement items on the same days of pick-up for the returnable items.
How will I get my refund for the COD item?
For orders placed using 'Cash on Delivery' as the payment mode, refunds will be processed to your bank account via IMPS (Immediate Payment Service).

I've still not received the refund in my bank account?
In case if your refund is still not credited on your bank account within 2-3 workings days, please do contact us. Usually the refund amount will be credited to the same payment methods that you used to place an order. In case of COD you need to share with us the Bank account details of yours.
How do I check my order status or track my order?
You can check your order status by going to your account section and click on my order, choose the orders that you want to track. We will be providing you the tracking ID and courier company in it. Please click on the tracking ID it will redirect you to another page, which will appear all your tracking details on the page.
I forgot my login password. What will I do?
In case when you forgot your password, please press on the forgot password options. When you press the forgot password options it will guide you accordingly, we will send you a temporary password to your email ID, once you received the temporary password you need to use that to login and change your password accordingly.
Can orders be shipped to different countries apart from India?

How do I sign up or register with www.tribalgoo.com?
Please click on the + Register link on the top of the page. All you need to provide is your Name, Phone and Password. Please provide a correct mobile number as SMS notifications regarding your order will be sent to the registered mobile number. Though it is not mandatory to provide your email address, it is advised that you do so as email notifications like invoice are sent to your registered email address.
Alternatively, you can also log in using your Facebook or Google account. Please click the appropriate button on the Login page.
Can I safely provide my mobile number or email address in the registration page?
Absolutely. We do not share your email ID or mobile number with any 3rd parties. This information is completely safe with us.
What are the benefits of registering?
To purchase on www.tribalgoo.com you need not register and create a user account. You may also purchase by checking out as a Guest User. However, registering and having a user account ensures a faster checkout process. We also provide amazing discounts and deals to registered users from time to time.
How do I access My Account page?
After logging in click on the link ‘Hi Name’ on the top of the page to access your account. For example, ‘Hi Dearson’.
How do I view or track my orders?
Access the My Account page and click on the Orders link. Here you will be able to see all your orders. By clicking on a particular order you will be able to view details or see tracking details.
